The Children's Peace Pavilion is open on Saturdays at
10:00 a.m. They present four concepts of Peace: Peace
for Me, Peace for Us, Peace for Everyone, and Peace for
the Planet. Feel free to take your family there for a
visit. It is mainly of interest for children from
kindergarten through 3rd grades.
August 24 - Kids Church for children ages
8-12. We will be learning about GOODNESS. Meet upstairs
after Happenings.
September 3 - Jesus and Me (JAM) starts at
Stone Church for kids ages 5-12 years old. It will meet
every Wednesday from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Kids' bulletins...There
are children's bulletins available on a table in the
back for kids ages 3-6 and for kids ages 7-12. They are
different each week. Be sure your child, grandchild, or
friends take advantage of the ministry. Please feel free
to share them with a child that you know.
Nursery volunteers needed! Please help take
care of our little ones in the nursery so that everyone
(parents included) can have an opportunity to share in
our worship. You do need to have had the Community of
Christ youth training and be certified--Mary Rae Bayless
will be glad to help you obtain that. Please contact

Help needed! We are looking for more persons
who are interested in assisting with the classes from
the nursery through senior high age. On occasion the
regular teachers are not able to come, and we need a
team of people who can step in and assist on those
